Prelude: Feb 2006
I'm new to the gym and I feel pretty intimidated. My aim is to copy one of the routines in the magazines, but its turning out to be quite tricky getting it done. Every time I go near a piece of equipment some big bad dude wants to use it………..I seem to be waiting around a long time. How can I make progress if I can't even get started?!
