Walking for weight loss and a lean toned body

Prelude: Spring 2009

I know this guy who is into talking fitness. Thing is he seems just as interested in my routine as his own! He wants to know what I’m up to. I tell him I’ve realised being big and bulky is tired. The lean toned body is where its at, and I‘m going to make it happen.

“Oh ok, so you’re gonna lose weight. So you gotta do your cardio” he announces.

Uh-oh! There I was almost listening to him, then he goes and says a thing like that. See I don’t do rules
