Weight loss workouts for The Underwear Body

Prelude: May 2008

Her wedding day was approaching fast, and Belinda was really going for it. In the gym 4 mornings a week without fail on the routine her personal trainer had given her. She walked, she ran, she stepped, she swam!

She was looking well. No denying that, but man was she working for it! If its this hard you can see why people are put off by fitness. It’s a high price to pay.

Fast forward 2 years……..Belinda is still happily married, bless her. But the weight loss
