Principles of quick workouts for the lean toned look

Prelude: March 2010

I hit the gym quick, did my thing and left the same way.........well that was the plan. As I was getting changed one of the regulars got talking to me. OK, at me. It was the usual; how he'd been in the gym for an hour jogging, an hour weights, and an hour rowing . I could tell (and smell) he wasn't bluffing, he was dripping with sweat. The thing is I saw this guy all the time and he didn’t really look like he worked out at all. I mean ever!

Now I admire commitment,
