Prelude: Spring 2010
I was getting changed after a workout and one of the instructors was chatting to me. He was telling me about some brand new workouts I should be doing (I don’t know which as I wasn’t really listening). Then he asked me what post workout shake I was going to have. I told him I didn’t take any supplements, I eat food.
