Creating a fitness plan for the life you really want

Prelude: December 2010

Oh man! I've just run into a gym rat . When you talk to this guy you can’t get 30 seconds in without it relating back to his fitness plan somehow. What he eats, how he trains, how much he works out...............

............He's still talking. Meanwhile, I’m bored out of my brain, knowing that there must be more to life than this (and that I have to work harder at avoiding this dude).

The kicker is that to look at him you would never guess he is as dedicated
