The question: Why make your own workout?
We’ve all been there; searching for the workouts that will change the game for us. Instead we usually just end up with a cookie cutter program designed by someone else, for someone else. Something isn’t quite right.
Following other people’s programs can be pretty maddening, especially when it’s not giving you the results you want. Well, I believe in fitness to fit you. You need to be able to combine the best of what works to make your own
