Prelude; Spring 2008
Training feels like a drag, I’m spinning my wheels but nothing seems to be happening. I have a hit a plateau in the weights I can move. Now what?
If only there was something I could take to help me get more out of training. Well that’s not true, I’m taking loads of supplements, rather, if only there was something new.
As it turned out eventually I found out that it wasn’t something new I needed at all. It was something old……………..good old
